ISSUANCE OF COMPLIANCE REPORT

LEGAL OPINION: Document that is issued to importers as a result of the conformity assessment carried out during the on-site inspection visit, in which compliance, non-compliance or not subject to compliance with the requirements established in the Mexican Official Standards of Commercial Information, in accordance with the procedure established in the NOM's Annex and with the specifications determined by the agency through the DOF publication.

ISSUANCE OF CERTIFICATES

CONSTANCE: document issued for producers, manufacturers, importers, marketers or service providers as a result of the conformity assessment performed to a label or product in which it is evidenced the compliance, non compliance or not subject to compliance with the requirements established in the Mexican Official Standards of Commercial Information, in accordance with the procedure established in the NOM's Annex and with the specifications determined by the agency through the DOF.publication

	LABELS EVALUATION , INSTRUCTIONS AND GUARANTEES Thanks to the experience and capacity of the MEASURE staff, it is possible to evaluate the instructional labels and guarantees of any product that is covered by the NOM's that the Inspection Unit has accredited. Non-conformities are listed and a report is issued so that importers can comply with the Mexican Official Standards.
