Inspection
process for the
ISSUE OF
JUDGMENTS

1. THE CUSTOMER REQUESTS INFORMATION ON THE SERVICES OF THE Inspection UNIT.

2. The Inspection Unit sends the contract request (FT-07-02-00-00) by e-mail, the customer returns it with your information.	3. The Inspection Unit assigns a folio, which is entered in the contract record. It is printed in 2 pieces and sent to the Client to obtain the signature of the Legal Representative.	4. The client returns the signed contracts together with the required documentation.

7. The client requests the Inspection visit by electronic means, with a 24 hour notice to schedule the accredited inspector.	6. The Inspection Unit receives the request form prepared by the client and assigns a folio, date of Inspection and electronic signature, then sent to the client and the customs agent by E-mail.	5. The Inspection Unit sends the customer the Inspection request (FT-08-01-00-00) by E-mail.

8. The Inspection Unit schedules the visit of the inspector, who is presented at the address indicated by the customer (Tax deposit or customer's warehouse).	9. The inspector reviews the label, instruction manual and warranty (when applicable) in accordance with the applicable standard. The checklists are filled in according to the information provided and the manager is given a turn for review.

If the labeling is not in accordance with the standard, the customer will have to make the necessary corrections and schedule a new visit.				NO
Finally, the record is filed.	Turn to the billing area.	Original judgment is delivered to the client.	The compliance report is captured, according to the NOM. Subsequently a supervisor is assigned to his approval, collecting signatures from the responsible persons, concluding with the seal of the Inspection Unit.	YES
