1. THE CUSTOMER REQUESTS INFORMATION ON THE SERVICES OF THE Inspection UNIT.

2. Request to open contract is sent to the client, who sends the documentation for the preparation of the contract.

3.The Inspection Unit assigns a folio, which is entered in the contract record. It is printed in 2 pieces and sent to the Client to obtain the signature of the Legal Representative.

4.Samples are requested from the customer for conformity assessment. The Unit designates the accredited inspector in the standard and fills the lists according to the norm to inspected.

The customer must make the corrections and will have to present the modified label to the Inspection unit. The customer has only 3 attempts to perform the correction of their labels,
in case of exceeding a denial of constancy will be issued.

The Inspection Unit issues the request for the preparation of the Certificate.

It is assigned a inspector for the issuance of the certificate

Once captured, the supervisor is taken to his approval, the signatures of those responsible
are collected and the seal of the Inspection Unit is placed.

Finally, a record is filed.
